This museum was established on the premises of the Šiauliai water supply tower in 1974. The exhibition is arranged in a circle inside the tower perimeter. It presents the history of the Joint-Stock Company "Šiauliø Vandenys", its construction, regional water economy development and reconstruction stages, the achievements of its team-working staff, its traditions and its recent activities.
